Entering a project
Entries do not come in by email — they go through the entry form, which is open every day of the year. Write to us only if something in the form is unclear or will not submit.
You are an honoree
Questions about your certificate, your impact report, your reveal date, your track assignment, or a correction to your project page. Put the project name in the subject line and it moves faster.
Press & media
Interviews, imagery, figures, or coverage of the programme and its partnership with CNN’s Call to Earth and The Environmental Xperience. Tell us your deadline.
Partnerships & Rotary clubs
Clubs looking to co-sponsor, Rotary Action Groups, NGOs, and organisations who want to support projects in the library. Say which country or focus area interests you.
It helps if you include
- The project name, and the country it works in
- A link to your organisation’s website, if you have one
- Whether the project is Rotary-affiliated or not
- What you would like to happen next
A reminder before you write: this programme does not provide or guarantee funding, support or sponsorship of any kind, and it is not a grant programme. What it offers is tools, visibility and introductions.
